The sale of 20 acres of land to the High School of St. Thomas More was finalized this week. The Champaign City Council approved the area general plan on Tuesday, which allowed the closing to take place. The closing itself occurred on Wednesday.
The school and the purchased tract of land will be included in The Atkins Group’s Clearview mixed-use development project.
